Digital Health
The Center for Digital Health leads advancements in healthcare technology by improving existing systems, introducing new innovations, and developing local eHealth solutions to share with others.
Implementation Science
The Center will develop evidence-based research methods and conduct studies on both adopting and customizing technologies. This includes evaluating new and existing tools to determine their safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Capacity Building
The Center will collaborate with universities and other educational institutions to strengthen the capacity of students, healthcare providers, researchers, and policymakers.
The Center for Digital Health & Implementation Science (CDHi) is a Center of Excellence in Health Informatics established in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Health and the University of Gondar to develop/adopt, evaluate, and support the implementation of innovative health information technologies in the health sector. The center will also conduct embedded researches on health information technologies and Health system strengthening to facilitate the achievement of the information revolution agenda in the country.
