Contribute to the employability of graduates by strengthening the
quality and relevance of education programs by introducing more
innovative academic curricula in Health, informatics, and special
needs education with particular focus on social innovation, applied
technology in teacher training and Health data management and
analysis.
Ensure equal opportunity and access to resources for female staff
& students in scholarships, student enrolment, staff and provide financial support for female university students recruitment,
with a
financial burden.
Strengthen access to digital resources and content for students
and staff by supporting initiatives on the implementation of
Learning platforms in all partner universities.
Foster the competency of partner universities so as to enhance
inter-disciplinary research and teaching concerning Health,
informatics, and special needs education.
Foster the knowledge and competency of students with sensory
impairment by introducing tutoring systems, digital assistive
technologies and tailored training on using those technologies.
Strengthen the research capacity and competency of academic
staff, researchers and students at Master and PhD levels to enable
them to conduct rigorous inter-disciplinary research to address
institutional, social and national problems in health, education
and technology domains.
Support the establishment of small-scale infrastructure and
resource centers to strengthen research and teaching with
particular focus on inclusion and gender equality.
Organize co-creation and boot camp seminars for graduate
students to enhance creativity, innovativeness, and employability.
Foster long-lasting North-South strategic partnership between the
partners in Norway and Ethiopia, and South-South collaboration
between the partner universities in Ethiopia by establishing joint
inter-disciplinary thematic research, staff exchange for teaching,
curriculum development, and supervision, and
Contribute to strengthening outreach and partnership between
HEls and local communities, businesses, & other public institutions
(like hospitals and schools).
