About the Role

The Center for Digital Health and Implementation Science (CDHI) is a research center focused on advancing healthcare through digital innovation and implementation research. It works to design, evaluate, and scale evidence-based solutions that improve health service delivery and outcomes, particularly in resource-limited settings. CDHI collaborates with local and international partners to generate evidence, inform policy, and strengthen health systems. We are seeking a motivated and qualified Associate Researcher to support research and implementation activities in the area of public health and digital health innovation. The role involves contributing to evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and the development of health interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scoping and/or systematic literature reviews in relevant subject areas.

Support the design and implementation of research activities.

Contribute to the development, testing, and evaluation of health-related interventions or systems.

Engage with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, community members, and technical teams.

Review and analyze national and international guidelines and policies.

Participate in fieldwork and data collection activities as required.

Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in public health, or a related field.

Experience in health research (qualitative and/or quantitative methods).

Experience conducting literature reviews (scoping or systematic).

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in digital health or related areas is an advantage.

Willingness to travel as required.
