Digital Adaptation Kits (DAKs) Software Integration Workshop

The University of Gondar, in partnership with WHO HQ, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Contextualized WHO DAKs Software Integration Workshop. Held from February 7th to 9th, 2024, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the workshop witnessed the active participation of digital experts from the Ministry of Health and Orbit Health.

During the workshop, stakeholders meticulously reviewed the current system architecture and content DAKs content, identifying any existing gaps. Collaboratively, viable options for integrating the existing architecture were deliberated upon and unanimously agreed upon.

Moreover, software integration sessions were conducted, wherein select DAK components were integrated into the existing system by system developers within a controlled test environment.
