With the support of DDCF- CDHi- Center for Digital Health and Implementation Science and the University of Gondar , Wogera Woreda embarked on a comprehensive implementation process. This included capacity-building training for healthcare providers, joint supportive supervision, health information system (HIS) mentorship activities, HIS performance review meetings, and HIS assessments. The process involved providing eCHIS implementation support, conducting implementation science research, and capacitating students.

The impact of these efforts has been profound. Healthcare providers in Wogera are now equipped to collect and manage health data more efficiently. They can access real-time information on patient health trends and patterns, which enhances their ability to make informed decisions and allocate resources effectively. Mentorship and Sustaining Progress

To ensure the sustainability of these advancements, the CBMP_DDCF – CDHi- Center for Digital Health and Implementation Science University of Gondar lead mentorship program focuses on capacitating woreda-based mentors through onsite coaching, joint mentorship participation, and training. This approach aims to foster program ownership and maintain the momentum of digital health initiatives.
